Gift Voucher FAQ
How can the voucher be sent?
There are three ways to send a gift voucher:
- A Golden Voucher is posted to you or posted directly to the recipient
- A voucher is emailed to you or directly to the recipient
- A voucher is emailed to you to be printed at home
How long are gift vouchers valid for?
Gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Why can’t I book a time for the voucher?
You don’t need to choose a date or time. The recipient can choose to book on the day and time is best them using the code.
How quickly will we receive a posted Golden Voucher?
Please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery.
Can I use a Gift Voucher for any product or experience?
You can use the Gift Voucher to buy products in the gift shop at The Chocolatarium in Cranston Street but not on the online shop. Gift Vouchers bought for one experience can be used towards the cost of another experience.

What happens if prices go up before the voucher is used?
Sometimes our prices change but don’t worry. The value of your voucher value will be increased to cover any price increase.
My voucher code doesn’t seem to be working. How do I enter my Gift Card code?
Click Apply Gift Card at checkout. If you are still having issues, email us with your voucher code and the dates, times and tickets (specify adult or child) that you would like.
