Chocolatarium Staff Fringe
Many of our fantastic staff here at the Chocolatarium are talented performers and directors. Here are some of the shows they are involved in this year!
Did you know our team aren’t just incredible chocolate guides? They’re also ridiculously talented outside of the Chocolatarium!
If you’re heading to the Edinburgh Fringe this year, here’s where you can support some of our team. Booking links are all in our Linktree!
First up is Mackenzie, writer and director of Gagula: The Panto with Teeth. Because who doesn’t love a summer panto? You can catch it at 11:40am from the 7th to the 15th at Willow Studio, Greenside at Riddles Court.
Next is Carina, chocolatier extraordinaire by day, roller derby queen by… well, also by day! Watch her compete live at Meadowbank at 1pm on Saturday the 22nd.
Then we have Sandy, who’s appearing in not one, but two Fringe shows this year. First is The Burnings, the true story of East Lothian witch Agnes Sampson, at 6:15pm from the 7th to the 30th at the Grand Lodge. Then, at 7:30pm in the same venue, you can see him in The Court 1, a gripping murder case between two sisters.
And last but by no means least, Coco!! who might just be the busiest person at the Fringe this year!
They’re directing The Power Pop Girls: A New Diva Religion at 7:05pm from the 17th to the 22nd at the Studio at theSpace on Niddry Street.
They’re also the intimacy director and chocolatier for Waiting for Wonka, the three-quel to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, showing at 11:40am from the 5th to the 16th at Gilded Balloon Patter House.
On top of that, Coco is also the intimacy director and illustrator for Gagula, intimacy director for Rent with Edinburgh University Savoy Opera Group, I, Claudius, Our Town Needs a Nando’s, and The Faustus Project… where they’re also stage assisting!
Safe to say, it’s a busy Fringe for Team Chocolatarium!
