Discover the origins of cacao flavour and how it is influenced but the soil, climate and geography.
Taste the differences for yourself with a guided single-origin chocolate tasting of delicious craft chocolate and find out about the craft of bean to bar chocolate makers.
Factory Kitchen with bar-making
See and smell how chocolate is created from small, bitter beans to the smooth and creamy bars the tempt our tastebuds.
Have fun making your own chocolate bar to take away and enjoy. With over 20 delicious ingredients to choose from you can create the flavour combinations you have always dreamed of.
Chocolate and Wine Pairing
Enjoy a fabulous taste experience with our specially selected combinations of single-origin and flavoured chocolate paired with both old and new world wines.
The chocolates are selected from the very best artisan chocolate makers with flavour combinations you won’t have experienced before.
The Chocolates and the Wines
We keep the selections a secret for you to discover on the night but we always include at least one white, one red and one dessert wine. Most of the wines are not vegan. Non- alcoholic (vegan-friendly) alternatives are available.
The chocolates are sourced from small-scale craft chocolate makers and there are always dairy-free options available.
