Accessibility
A diagram of The Chocolatarium is available here to help you decide if a visit would be right for you. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
Is The Chocolatarium's building wheelchair accessible?
We regret that we are not yet able to provide access for wheelchair users due to entrance steps and a historical, narrow doorway.
Folding/narrow wheelchairs can be used but please note that there are 3 steps and the entrance, 3 steps between two rooms and 3 steps to access the toilets.
A diagram of the premises which photographs and doorway sizes is available here: Chocolatarium Diagram.
Is the tour suitable for someone with mobility issues?
The tours are suitable for the majority of people with mobility issues who are not wheelchair dependant and can step down 3 stairs.
Seating
