As the crisp November air signals the approach of winter, The Chocolatarium invites you to warm up with an evening of chocolate and creativity. We’re thrilled to announce a unique Truffle Making Experience featuring the renowned chocolate maker Charlotte Flower on Tuesday, 28th November, at 7:00 PM.

Charlotte Flower: A Chocolate Maker with a Twist

Charlotte Flower is a unique chocolate maker whose journey is as fascinating as her chocolates. Charlotte, a forester by training, found her passion for chocolate making through her love for foraging and the wild landscapes of Perthshire. Living on the south side of Loch Tay, she marries the art of chocolate making with the bounty of nature, creating fresh, fine chocolates that truly reflect the Scottish wilderness.

Charlotte’s venture into the world of chocolate began with an introduction to the exquisite Pierre Marcolini chocolates, sparking a curiosity: could the wild flavours of Scotland be combined with fine chocolate? The answer was a resounding yes. Since 2007, Charlotte Flower Chocolates has made beautiful chocolates, combining foraged wild ingredients and collaborations with local Scottish food producers like Glen Lyon Coffee and Dewar’s whisky.

Charlotte’s approach is not only about creating delicious chocolates but also about sustainability and valuing the resources and labour that make these flavours possible. Her chocolates are a journey through the seasons, capturing the essence of Scotland’s wild side with every bite. Join us at The Chocolatarium to not just taste but experience the unique blend of nature and chocolate through Charlotte’s craft.

This exclusive event offers a rare opportunity to delve into the art of truffle making under the guidance of Charlotte, known for her expertise and passion for wild-flavoured chocolates.
